Follow U.S. 23 into Scioto County. Watch for signs to turn left onto Fairgrounds Road. You'll pass under a railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.

If you miss this turn, follow U.S. 23 until you reach the signal light at the junction of U.S. 23 and State Route 348. Turn left (towards Southern Ohio Correctional Facility) on State Route 348 and then left onto Fairgrounds Road after passing under the railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.

From State Route 32 East or West:
Turn onto U.S. 23 South and follow it into Scioto County. Watch for signs to turn left onto Fairgrounds Road. You'll pass under a railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.

If you miss this turn, follow U.S. 23 until you reach the signal light at the junction of U.S. 23 and State Route 348. Turn left (towards Southern Ohio Correctional Facility) on State Route 348 and then left onto Fairgrounds Road after passing under the railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.

From U.S. 52 East or West:
Turn onto U.S. 23 North and follow it to Lucasville. When you reach the signal light at the junction of U.S. 23 and State Route 348, turn right (towards Southern Ohio Correctional Facility) on State Route 348 and then left onto Fairgrounds Road after passing under the railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.

From State Route 140, State Route 93:
Turn onto U.S 52 West and follow it into Portsmouth. Turn onto U.S. 23 North and follow it to Lucasville. When you reach the signal light at the junction of U.S. 23 and State Route 348, turn right (towards Southern Ohio Correctional Facility) on State Route 348 and then left onto Fairgrounds Road after passing under the railway underpass. Watch for signs to park.
