"Sister Cities" Scenes from Portsmouth's Sister Cities are depicted in this mural. These cities include: Corby, England, Orizaba, Mexico, and Zittau, Germany. The muralist has created an illusion of one looking through three archways which are called "Portsmouth's Windows to the World." Completed in 1995.
